职位描述/要求： Major Responsibilities: - Plan execution of transaction, leasing, property management of real estate project
- Management of land development and building construction
- Negotiation of the disposition terms and leasing terms
- Real estate evaluation
Requirements: - University degree or above, major in Property Management, Engineering or Law
- 3 years experience in asset management or leasing or land development
- Strong management skills, team player, pleasant personality
- Communication with the fluency in English and Mandarin will be preferred
