职位描述/要求：Responsibilities: 1. Assist financial director to formulate strategies, policies, and procedures including sales, costing, tax, asset, budget, credit and cash flow management. 2. Lead and supervise finance teams on various financial assignments, including funds management, cash flow, tax management, budget, financial control and reporting.3. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing financial information, plans, and projections. 4. Supervise day-to-day financial accounting activities, consolidation and preparation of reports and analysis. 5. Liaise with internal and external parties on all finance related matters and ensure quality of deliverables.6. Provide guidance and direction to the accounting teams to ensure consistency in the application of accounting policies and practices. 7. Provide financial analysis and recommendation to facilitate management decision making.8. Other work assigned. Requirements:1. Bachelors degree or above in Finance related area; 2. At least 3 years working experience in multinational company as Finance Manager or Controller; 3. Adaptable, willing to take challenges, able to work under pressure; 4. Good interpersonal & communication skills, with enthusiasm towards work; 5. People management skill, had experience to manage accounting staff; 6. Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; 7. Strong computer skills. |
