Metrics Analyst Intern/报表分析实习生

职位描述/要求：Summary Description:We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join the Operations Analytic team. If you are a senior or a graduate student who are familiar with SQL, Access, Excel and/or other program languages, and can work at least three days a week, this might be a perfect opportunity for you get into real business world. This individual will help our business analyst to produce various performance analyses and interact with national-wide operations team.  We analyze a vast amount of information in order to provide accurate insights into our operations. -          Deliver performance reporting for management (daily, weekly, monthly)-          Automate the reporting of existing metrics and drive the development of new metrics.-          Participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces.-          Investigate operational & financial discrepancies in order to gain resolution-          Ad-hoc projects for a variety of initiatives.    Essential Functions: 1 30% Ops weekly metrics2 70% Developing various metrics required by business departments Essential Skills: 1Outstanding attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills2Excellent written and spoken communication3Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional and mature manner4Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment5Understanding of Linux or Unix operations systems desired6SQL/Mysql/Oracle experience is a plus  Competency:Detail oriented
