工作概述：
建筑幕墙系统的结构分析与计算，配合建筑师及业主实现建筑外墙的效果，支持设计团队进行系统的分析及验算，独立主完成幕墙系统的计算工作。
工作的内容及职责：
1.支持设计团队进行幕墙系统的概念设计及深化设计。
2.与建筑师和业主进行沟通，了解建筑师和业主的建筑构想，并将他们的构思融入幕墙的系统设计。
3.了解及熟悉相关的设计规范。
4.建立公司与客户、工程商及材料厂家之间的技术沟通渠道。
知识及能力要求：
1.对幕墙系统的结构计算有较深的背景知识。
2.具备较强的人与人的沟通能力及陈述表达能力。
3.具备较强的团队合作精神及适应工作压力。
4.具备主动工作及独立工作能力，合理分配时间。
工作经验及资历要求：
1.公用与民用建筑、或工程结构专业和同等领域学士学位以上。.
2.至少在幕墙设计领域工作3年以上。
3.具备大型幕墙工程计算的实际经验。
4.熟悉CAD软件及结构计算。
5.良好的英文能力将优先考虑。
Summary of job duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the curtain wall system structure engineering, analysis the structure of curtain wall system and steel work. Support design team to create the system. Independently execute the task.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1.Support the design team for curtain wall concept design and development.
2.Communicating with architects and clients to understand their expectation, implement their design idea into curtain wall system
3.Review and check the design code .
4.Providing technical interface between company, customers, contractors and other suppliers.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
1.In depth knowledge of structural calculation.
2.Strong people communication skills.
3.Strong team work spirit and could work under pressure.
4.A self-motivated, could work independently and with good time management.
Experience/qualifications requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in construction, or structure discipline or equivalent qualification.
2.At least 3 years working experience in curtain wall design and system development.
3.Proven experience in large project execution of design development.
4.Familiar with CAD and structure calculation.
5.Proficiency in written and speaking in English is preferred. |
